The prices for our products deHOSTED Exchange, deHOSTED Skype for Business (Lync) and deHOSTED SharePoint consist of the monthly costs for the respective plan (framework agreement/subscription) plus the monthly costs for the number of SALs (Subscriber Access Licenses).
Plan + Add-on (SAL) = Total Costs
We offer monthly and annual billing. You can conveniently pay by SEPA direct debit, credit card (MasterCard, VISA), or PayPal. Contact us for further details.

General Questions and Answers - Hosted Exchange.
To set up Hosted Exchange, you need your own domain. If you already have a domain registered with another provider, you can use it with Hosted Exchange. If you don't yet have your own domain, you can easily register your desired domain when ordering Hosted Exchange. Depending on your desired configuration and the package you've chosen (subscription), you can configure up to 25 additional email domains.
Yes, you can easily transfer emails, calendar entries, addresses, notes and tasks to your new Hosted Exchange mailbox using our migration service.
Our ADSync tool makes it easy to connect a local Active Directory (AD) with the deHOSTED Active Directory. This ensures your data is constantly updated between the platforms.
Yes, you can use Hosted Exchange with Apple Mail, Entourage, or Outlook for Mac. We'd be happy to provide you with the appropriate software (Entourage or Outlook for Mac).
Note: Always purchase a "Plus" Mailbox SAL access license for all users who require Outlook for Mac.
Yes, you can send and receive faxes with any Hosted Exchange mailbox. You can purchase a location-independent phone number from us or request and port your own number from your local area code.
Receiving faxes (Fax2Mail) is very simple: all faxes sent to the fax number registered with your mailbox will be delivered to your mailbox as an email with a PDF attachment.
Receiving faxes (Mail2Fax) is just as easy as sending an email. You simply replace the email address with a fax number and attach a PDF or image.
Your data belongs to you. If you cancel your Hosted Exchange subscription, you can download your data (e.g., emails and documents) and save it elsewhere. It is recommended that you back up your data before canceling. After you cancel your subscription, your administrators will have access to all data associated with your Hosted Exchange subscription for an additional 30 days via a limited-feature account.
